Job Overview:
This position involves designing and maintaining large data systems to help deliver analytical solutions that will influence brand and acquisition marketing spend through Online and Print Channels. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly summarize and present insights.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build and maintain Marketing Data Infrastructure in partnership with vendor companies that support processing of credit bureau data.
• Consult and partner with internal stakeholders to develop analytic agenda to optimize direct marketing spend for customer acquisition.
• Manage execution of analytics projects and deliverables including developing project plans and reviewing results.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to deploy and maintain state of the art predictive analytic approaches to optimize end-to-end acquisition economics (including response, conversion, premium, risk and lifetime value models). \
• Design and deploy framework for Campaign execution to enable audience-based targeting across both online and offline channels, utilizing the Marketing Infrastructure.
• Design and deliver key marketing metrics and results to track business performance and identify areas of opportunities and risks.
• Utilize deep understanding of media program results and strong communication skills to influence decision making and spend optimization decisions.
• Build partnerships with other leaders in marketing and across data analytics organizations to share knowledge and insights, align on best practices, and drive improvements.
• Monitor and report test results and enable adoption of appropriate tests in all Marketing Channels and across customer life cycle.
Requirements:
• 5+ years data analytics experience within the Financial Services sector, particularly consumer P&C insurance business
• Direct Marketing subject matter expertise.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to develop solutions to direct marketing business problems using data analysis.
• Experience designing and deploying analytical framework for Campaign execution - including data validation, model scoring, audience selection, automated quality checks.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in Python.
• Discover, understand, and integrate new internal and external data sources, structures, and process pipelines
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud environments.
• Experience exploring and manipulating large amounts of structured and unstructured data using SQL.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to present technical results to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing project timelines and deliverables autonomously.
